Technology Product Owner

Position Overview

We are seeking a Technology Product Owner to support business systems, technology platforms, and process improvement initiatives. This role will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather requirements, prioritize system enhancements, and help deliver practical technology solutions that improve operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with business and technology teams to understand needs, challenges, and priorities.
• Gather and document business requirements, user stories, workflows, and acceptance criteria.
• Manage and prioritize the product backlog based on business value and operational impact.
• Support system enhancements, implementations, integrations, and process improvements.
• Participate in testing, user acceptance testing, release planning, and change management.
• Communicate project updates, risks, and priorities to stakeholders.
• Help improve user experience, system performance, and business processes.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Product Owner, Business Systems Analyst, Product Manager, or similar role.
• Experience working with business applications, enterprise systems, or technology platforms.
• Ability to translate business needs into clear functional and technical requirements.
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working with both business and technical teams.
• Experience in financial services, lending, mortgage, or another regulated industry is a plus.
• Agile or Scrum experience is a plus.
