Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Translate product and business needs into AI-driven insights and intelligent workflows
- Act as a bridge between product, domain experts, AI Center of Excellence, Engineering and customer-facing teams
- Support adoption and continuous improvement of AI-powered product capabilities
- Ai Prototyping & Experimentation
- Collaborate with Product Management, UX/CX and Engineering teams to prototype and validate GenAI/ML solutions
- Participate in experimentation cycles (LLMs, RAG, NLP, predictive models)
- Provide structured feedback to refine models and improve output quality
- Lead validation, review, and tuning of outputs from LBA AI solution
- Identify gaps, edge cases, and inconsistencies in invoice analysis
- Collaborate with Domain Experts and AI Operations teams to improve accuracy, reasoning, and compliance alignment
- Drive continuous feedback loops to enhance model performance
- Review and contribute to AI addendum sections within LBA, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and alignment with product capabilities
- Provide hands-on support for LBA customers with data residency and compliance requirements, ensuring solutions are implemented within these constraints
- Partner with Sales, Product Managers, and SMEs to respond to customer queries and solution deep-dives
- Support and participate in pre-sales demos, showcasing AI capabilities and product value
- Help translate AI functionality into clear customer-facing narratives and use cases
- Support compliance, transparency, and responsible AI usage in customer-facing documentation
- Collaborate with Sales and legal teams to ensure AI features are correctly represented
- Evaluate AI outputs for accuracy, relevance, and business impact
- Define and track success metrics and performance indicators
- Drive improvements in agentic workflows and decision quality
- Cross-functional Collaboration
- Partner with product, engineering, domain experts, sales, and operations teams
- Communicate insights and recommendations clearly to stakeholders
- Support training, documentation, and adoption of AI-driven solution
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, data/analytics, or product management., or related field.
- Master’s degree preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in AI/ML products, analytics, or product-facing roles.
- Experience in legal billing, invoice review, or compliance domains is a strong plus.
- Exposure to enterprise AI/GenAI solutions preferred.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong understanding of AI/GenAI concepts (LLMs, RAG, NLP, ML) in applied settings.
- Experience working with AI/ML-driven products or analytics workflows.
- Ability to evaluate outputs and identify patterns, risks, and improvement areas.
- Strong communication skills, especially in customer-facing and cross-functional settings.
- Familiarity with Python, SQL, or data tools (working knowledge preferred).
- High attention to detail with strong problem-solving ability.
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced, collaborative, and evolving environment.
