Technology Lead | Reactive Programming | react JS

About the role

This is a 12-month contract position for a Java Developer and Lead role located at 18850 N 56th Street, Phoenix, AZ 85054. The role requires onsite presence from day one.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage both frontend user interfaces and backend server logic of web applications using Java, Spring Boot, and modern JavaScript frameworks like React.
• Handle the complete software development lifecycle from database design to deployment.
• Provide deep technical expertise and strong coaching, mentoring, and servant-leadership abilities.

Requirements

• Minimum of 8–10 years of relevant experience.
• Must have skills: ReactJS, Selenium.
• Good to have: Postgres.
• Ability to work from the client office on all five working days.

Work arrangement

This is not a 100% remote role; the candidate is expected to work from the client office.

Rate

Vendor rate range: up to USD 63 per hour.
