About the role
The Technology Lead position is based in Princeton, NJ 08540 and is an Onsite position with a tentative start date of September 1, 2026.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and implementation of technology solutions within the organization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
- Ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of software development processes using Lean Agile methodologies.
- Manage the full SDLC lifecycle from requirements gathering to deployment.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of Information Technology experience.
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in Java Full Stack.
- Proficiency in React JS is helpful.
- Experience with full SDLC lifecycle.
- Experience with Lean Agile development methodologies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or foreign equivalent, or 5 years of relevant work experience.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Java Full Stack.
Skills
