The Team
In the Technology & Innovation Organization, our mission is to transform customer experiences by delivering edge insights through seamlessly integrated, AI-driven solutions. We prioritize security and consistency, creating innovative software layers that enhance every user interaction with comprehensive hardware touchpoints for a holistic approach.
Responsibilities
- Develop UEFI/BIOS code on HP Workstations
- Troubleshoot complex problems
- Gather training data for AI models
Requirements
- 3rd year of University completed or 1st year of Master’s completed—typically a technical degree specialization
- Able to obtain work authorization in the United States in 2027 and not require sponsorship in the future
Skills
Core Technical Skills Desired
- Circuit analysis and design
- Analog and digital electronics
- PCB design and schematic capture
- Oscilloscope, multimeter, logic analyzer, and power supply usage
- Soldering and hardware assembly
- Embedded systems and microcontrollers (Arduino, STM32, ESP32, PIC, etc.)
- Digital logic and FPGA basics
- Power electronics and power systems fundamentals
- Control systems
- Signal processing
- Basic RF/wireless concepts (for communications roles)
Preferred Majors
- Bachelor’s or Master's Degree with a focus on:
- Electrical Engineering
- Computer Engineering
- Electrical and Computer Engineering
- Electronics Engineering
- Mechatronics Engineering (especially for robotics and automation)
- Systems Engineering (for controls and integration)
- Physics (for research- or hardware-focused roles)
- Computer Science (for embedded systems or firmware internships)
Pay
The pay range for this position is $29 to $35 per hour (applies to US candidates only). Pay varies by work location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
