Technology Implementation Lead - Finance Data Platform

About the role

This role will support financial strategy, forecasting, and performance management initiatives that strengthen business visibility and decision-making. You will partner with executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to improve planning processes, financial discipline, controls, and resource allocation. The position offers the opportunity to influence enterprise performance and scalable financial operations within a healthcare environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Responsibilities

• Translate business needs into governed, production-ready data solutions
• Lead implementation across the full lifecycle: design, development, testing, and operationalization
• Implement data quality controls and rules for Finance data assets
• Support metadata management practices including business glossary creation and data lineage documentation
• Contribute to Databricks development, including table builds and transformations
• Provide strategic guidance to leadership on data foundation capabilities and improvements
• Execute rapid prototyping and UAT testing to validate business requirements

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Financial Analytics, Business Analytics, Finance, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in financial systems or data solutions
• 2+ years of experience developing data solutions on Databricks or similar cloud data platforms
• 2+ years of project leadership experience
• Strong understanding of data governance principles and frameworks
• Experience with Systems Development Life Cycle and Agile methodologies
• Excellent communication skills for diverse audiences, including executives

Pay

$106,900 – $147,000 annually
