Technology Financial Analyst

About the role

The Technology Financial Analyst supports financial analyses related to budgets, forecasting, allocation of expenses, ad hoc analysis for business case development and custom financial analyses, peer group analysis and internal consulting for all levels of management.

Responsibilities

• Provides analytical and reporting support for project and portfolio financial management by tracking budgets and forecasts, monitoring spend and producing recurring and ad hoc reports.
• Works closely with project managers and finance partners to maintain accurate data, investigate routine variances, and improve the timeliness and consistency of financial information.
• Buils and maintains spreadsheets and standard templates, prepares summaries and presentations, and supports planning and close activities under guidance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
• Typically three or more years of related experience

Preferred Skills/Experience

• Working knowledge of financial analysis techniques and general accounting procedures
• Well-developed mathematical and analytical skills
• Thorough knowledge in financial analysis, forecasting, and planning
• Ability to identify and resolve exceptions and to analyze data
• Strong technical skills related to data mining and visualization tools
• Master's degree preferred

Pay

$92,820.00 - $109,200.00 U.S. Bank will consider qualified applicants with arrest or conviction records for employment.
