Technology Education-Automotive Program

The Teacher of Technology (Automotive Program) position is available at Freehold Regional High School District starting September 1, 2026.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and a valid New Jersey Instructional Certificate or Statement of Eligibility required with the appropriate teaching endorsement in the assigned curricular area (Teacher of Technology).
• Demonstrated knowledge of effective teaching methods and developmentally appropriate classroom activities.
• Ability to maintain a positive learning environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communications skills.
• Professional automotive diagnosing and repair experience highly preferred.
• Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) Certification(s) highly preferred.

Alternatives to the above qualifications as the Superintendent in consultation with the Board may find appropriate and acceptable.

Salary: BA/Step 1 - $72,515
