Essential Duties
- Systems design responsibilities including: Telecommunications/Structured Cabling, Intercommunications and Paging (K12-oriented), Classroom Audio Visual Systems with assistive listening, Security Management Systems (ACS/IDS), Video Management Systems (VMS)
- Door hardware coordination and parsing a CSI Division 08 specification
- Editing/crafting Division 27 and Division 28 (CSI) specifications
- Creation of addenda, answering RFIs and requests for substitution, creation of supplemental instructions and price requests to support formal design adjustments, creation of observation reports/punchlists
- Strong communications and project management experience, identifying and working with key stakeholders for the duration of each project
Qualifications
- 4-8 years of experience preferred
- RCDD is a plus
- PSP and/or CPP certification is a plus
