Technology CTE Teacher - High School

About the role

A High School Technology CTE Teacher is needed to start in the 2026-2027 school year. The position will be located at the High School and will be a 10-month, 1.0 FTE position.

Responsibilities

• Teach technology courses aligned with the CTE curriculum
• Develop and implement lesson plans that meet state and federal standards
• Assess student progress and provide feedback through various methods
• Collaborate with other teachers and staff to enhance educational programs
• Maintain a safe and inclusive learning environment

Requirements

• Current certification in Technology CTE Education
• Experience teaching grades 7-12 preferred
• Master’s degree in related field preferred

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of current technology trends and best practices

Pay

The starting base salary is $44,066.00, which may vary based on additional qualifications such as a master’s degree, graduate credit hours, and relevant experience.

Schedule

The teacher will work a full-time schedule from August 31, 2026 to June 30, 2027.
