Technology Consulting - Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Solution Architect - Manager
About the role
The opportunity is to focus on the evaluation, design, customization, deployment and optimization of solutions built on the Dynamics 365 Supply Chain platform. This role involves teaming with various EY groups with digital capabilities to pursue and deliver digital engagements, bringing clients' digital visions and strategies to life.
Responsibilities
- Developing solutions to complex problems and recommending policy changes.
- Establishing procedures that affect your immediate work area and possibly the broader business function.
- Exercising judgment in selecting methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria for obtaining results.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree required (4-year degree).
- No less than 4 - 6 years relevant experience in solution architecture and/or ERP software solutions.
- 5 or more years of project experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management.
- Proven experience in Application and Tool Analysis, Cloud Computing Architecture, and Cybersecurity and Privacy Architecture.
- Expertise in Solution Architecture Design and Technical Feasibility Analysis.
- Strong capabilities in Data Architecture Design and Modelling, and familiarity with Design Methodologies & Tools.
- Knowledge of Emerging Technologies, IT Standards and Governance, and Platform Architecture.
- Proven ability to lead and manage teams.
- Experience in client-facing roles, demonstrating the ability to build trust and value.
- A knack for identifying opportunities for additional services.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Computer Science, IT, Computer Engineering, MIS or Mathematics preferred.
- Microsoft Dynamics Certifications such as Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management Functional Consultant Associate (MB330).
Skills
- Working in project teams through agreed-upon phases of project governance, requirements definition, vendor selection, risk analysis, customization, testing, training and rollout of a client's project life cycle.
- Collaborating with team members in developing applicable methodologies, tools, approaches, points of view, thought leadership and accelerators to differentiate EY in the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management market.
- Providing broad technical and functional knowledge of various modules within Microsoft Dynamics 365.

Pay
The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $142,600 to $261,500. The base salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $171,200 to $297,200.
Schedule
Our expectation is for most people in external, client serving roles to work together in person 40-60% of the time over the course of an engagement, project or year. Under our flexible vacation policy, you’ll decide how much vacation time you need based on your own personal circumstances. You’ll also be granted time off for designated EY Paid Holidays, Winter/Summer breaks, Personal/Family Care, and other leaves of absence when needed to support your physical, financial, and emotional well-being.
