RSM is seeking an experienced, growth-oriented Director to join our Management Consulting practice as a Change Management Director within our Enterprise Performance capability. The Director will serve as a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders, helping organizations navigate large-scale transformation initiatives while ensuring adoption, readiness, and sustainable business outcomes. In addition to leading client engagements, this role is accountable for market development, business development, thought leadership, team growth, and contributing to the overall expansion of the Change Management practice. This role combines executive advisory capabilities, change leadership expertise, and practice development responsibilities, with a focus on driving growth and expanding RSM's presence in the marketplace.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex enterprise transformation initiatives, including organizational change, finance transformation, operating model redesign, shared services, business process improvement, and technology implementations.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders on organizational impacts, adoption risks, and transformation strategies.
• Lead executive workshops and strategic planning sessions to align stakeholders and drive business outcomes.
• Design and implement change management strategies that maximize adoption and business value.
• Apply leading change management methodologies (Prosci ADKAR, Kotter, Bridges, etc.) across client engagements.
• Oversee stakeholder engagement, communications, training, readiness assessments, and adoption measurement activities.
