Technology Associate Director Marketing & Operations North America – Generics, Biosimilar & Market Access
About the role
This role serves as the primary technology business partner for North America commercial teams across Generics, Biosimilars, and Market Access. The position is responsible for translating business requirements into scalable IT solutions, operationalizing systems, and ensuring seamless execution across commercial functions.
Responsibilities
- Translate business priorities into technology strategies, roadmaps, and business cases that align regional needs with global direction.
- Enable commercial capabilities across market access, digital engagement, CRM, content management, analytics, and field force operations.
- Partner with Global Commercial Technology and the Digital Hub to evolve platforms such as CRM, content management, and omnichannel solutions for regional use.
- Support technology solutions that enhance pricing, contracting, customer operations, distribution, and service processes for the Generics and Biosimilars portfolio.
- Lead the regional Commercial Engagement roadmap, including technology transitions, adoption priorities, and value realization milestones.
- Assess market maturity, recommend fit-for-purpose operating models, and identify scalable solutions that support commercial growth and efficiency.
- Drive adoption, governance, and change management to ensure solutions are embedded effectively and deliver measurable business outcomes.
- Contribute to the delivery of Sandoz 2030 ambitions by strengthening commercial technology capabilities across the region.
Qualifications
- Strong strategic and analytical thinking, with the ability to connect business priorities to technology solutions.
- Experience in healthcare, pharmaceuticals, or a similarly regulated industry.
- Demonstrated ability to operate across strategy, marketing, commercial operations, and technology domains.
- Knowledge of CRM, digital engagement, content, analytics, and omnichannel capabilities relevant to commercial organizations.
- Strong execution and program management skills, with experience leading cross-functional initiatives.
- Ability to navigate complex organizational dynamics and influence effectively in a global matrix environment.
- Excellent stakeholder management, relationship-building, and executive communication skills.
- Ability to articulate digital value and translate it into clear business outcomes.

Pay
The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between [From Job Profile: $119,700 – 171,000 – 222,300] USD/year; however, while salary ranges are effective from 1/1/25 through 12/31/25, fluctuations in the job market may necessitate adjustments to pay ranges during this period. Further, final pay determinations will depend on various factors, including, but not limited to geographical location, experience level, knowledge, skills and abilities.
Schedule
This position is based at the Princeton, New Jersey, U.S. headquarters. Sandoz offers a flexible hybrid model that allows U.S. office-based employees to work remotely for up to 50% of their monthly workdays. This role is expected to be primarily site-based, and preference will be given to local candidates who do not require relocation.
