About the role

Own end-to-end production health of applications supporting Operations. Lead major incident bridges, restoration coordination, and post-incident reviews with ConEd leadership. Ensure strict adherence to SLAs, Regulatory expectations, and internal governance standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide deep expertise in ASP.NET and ASP.NET Core applications used in operational workflows.
• Own technical standards for RESTful Web Services used for real-time and near-real-time utility integrations.
• Oversee remediation of performance degradation under peak/storm loads.
• Address memory, threading, and resource exhaustion issues.

Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience.
• Certifications: None required.
