Years of Experience

• 7+ Years - STIBO
• 5+ Years - Hands-on experience with STIBO STEP PIM platform
• 5+ Years - Hands-on experience with Data Modeling Concepts, Hierarchies, Contexts, Classifications, Workflows, WebUI, Integration Endpoints, Event Processors
• 5+ Years - Hands-on experience with Business rule (JavaScript), Business Process Workflows, STEP Component Model
• 5+ Years - Hands-on experience with JavaScript and Java programming (STIBO Extension APIs)
• 5+ Years - Hands-on experience with STEP integration frameworks — OIEP, IIEP, STEPXML, REST endpoints

Troubleshooting and Problem Solving

• Strong experience in troubleshooting and resolving data quality issues and performance bottlenecks

Project Life Cycle

• Experience in all phases of project life cycle from requirements gathering to implementation

Collaboration and Communication

• Collaborate with business analysts and product owners to translate functional requirements into technical solutions
• Participate in code reviews, technical design discussions, and release planning

Teamwork and Global Delivery

• Strong ability to work in a team & work collaboratively with both onshore and offshore development and support teams
