Technology and Innovation - Senior Associate (OneStream)

About the role

Riveron is a OneStream Diamond Partner seeking a Senior Associate focused on the OneStream Platform to join our Technology Enablement practice. This client-facing role will focus on three main areas: engagement delivery, quality assurance on the OneStream platform, and furthering practice capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Work side-by-side with our leadership team in assisting with multiple client engagements ranging from implementations or optimizations, integrations, and technical support.
• Demonstrate a proven implementation background and the willingness to serve as a consultant in the above areas.
• Further practice capabilities and develop team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Accounting, Finance, or Management Information Systems (MIS)
• 1+ years of implementation or optimization of the OneStream Platform
• Participated in parts or a full OneStream implementation
• Able to translate business requirements to effectively implement of OneStream solutioning
• Experience with VB.net or Visual Basic and business rule writing
• Understanding of core Actual and FP&A financial concepts and statements
• Knowledge of corporate finance and accounting processes and procedures (financial close, financial reporting, forecasting, and budgeting, account reconciliation, etc.)
• Understanding of delivery methodology and lead teams in the implementation of the solution according to the design/architecture
• Experience assisting customer workshop sessions to educate customers on the latest technology trends and best practices
• Broad knowledge and solutioning of the OneStream Marketplace solutions
• Mastery of Microsoft Office Products and data modelling

Skills

• OneStream Certified Associate Administration and/or Implementation Foundation
• OneStream Certified Professional (a plus)

What You'll Do

• Execute Engagements
• Collaborate with Riveron team members to develop effective OneStream solutions
• Work directly with Riveron team members to develop business requirements and translate requirements into specific OneStream functionality
• Absorb and execute workshops to define implementation strategies
• Absorb and execute implementation tasks, milestones, and components including but not limited to functional specifications, design specifications, configurations, quality assurance, implementations, and project reviews for engagements
• Collaborate with broader Riveron capability teams to interface with other opportunities
• OneStream Practice Development
• Work with practice leadership to develop OneStream Case Studies, technical training, business development training and collateral, and engagement materials/templates
• Absorb and scope OneStream modules and services required to assist clients in achieving engagement objectives

Compensation Range

$87K - $131K
