Technology and Innovation - NetSuite Manager
About the role
Riveron is looking for a Manager focused on NetSuite software to join our Technology Enablement practice. This client-facing role will be challenged in three areas: business development and sales, practice development, and project execution and quality assurance on NetSuite software engagements.
Responsibilities
- Lead Business Development and Sales
- Lead pre-sales meetings with prospective clients to assess project level-of-effort and to assist in determining if NetSuite is the best fit for requirements presented
- Scope NetSuite modules and services required to assist clients in achieving objectives
- Review work plans and draft proposals
- Execute Projects
- Collaborate with Strategy team members to develop effective NetSuite solutions
- Work directly with Strategy team members to develop business requirements and translate requirements into specific NetSuite functionality
- Lead workshops to define implementation strategy
- Lead implementation team(s) in executing implementation
- Ensure completion of tasks, milestones, and components including but not limited to functional specifications, design specifications, configurations, quality assurance, implementations, and project reviews for engagements
- Lead other engagement quality assurance efforts to deliver a superior implementation
- Define Integration Requirements and Collaborate with Integration Team
- To interface other outside applications with NetSuite
- Netsuite Practice Development
- Work with practice leadership to develop NetSuite-specific training, business development training and collateral, and engagement materials/templates
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Accounting, Finance, or Management Information Systems (MIS)
- 7+ years of implementation or optimization experience and should have prior experience with architecting ERP solutions on NetSuite
- Leading or supporting full-cycle NetSuite Implementations
- Previous experience and ability to gather business requirements and effectively implement an ERP, CRM, & PSA solution
- Mastery of Microsoft Office Products
- Ability to develop, grow and sustain client relationships
- Entrepreneurial spirit and a solution-oriented mindset
- Ability to work in ever-changing, dynamic environments
- Ability to craft and deliver verbal, written, and oral messages and make recommendations to a variety of audiences, including client leadership and internal teams
- Desire to get involved in the Riveron culture and internal initiatives, including community service, training, interviewing, intramurals and other social/networking activities
