Technologist - Radiology Multi-Modality PRN

This role involves operating radiology equipment and performing routine diagnostic procedures, primarily in CT and X-Ray specialties, to assist in patient diagnosis and treatment. Responsibilities include selecting appropriate technical settings, developing treatment plans, adhering to hospital protocols, and documenting procedures accurately. Additional duties encompass maintaining equipment and work areas, participating in performance improvement activities, and supporting patient care in emergency and inpatient settings under supervision. The role also involves collecting laboratory samples, performing tests in compliance with regulations, and assisting with patient meals and registration as needed. Qualified candidates will have completed an accredited Radiology Technology Program, with ARRT certification and BLS certification within 14 days of hire. They should demonstrate a thorough understanding of radiologic principles, proper technique, and effective communication skills. A state license may be required.
