Technologist - Radiology Lead

Job Summary Performs imaging procedures and treatments following radiology standards to support diagnosis and treatment of diseases. Handles additional duties as assigned. Responsibilities Coordinates daily operations to ensure high-quality exams, safe patient care, and customer satisfaction.Utilizes radiologic principles, techniques, and positioning for optimal procedures, demonstrating expertise through results.Develops and implements appropriate procedure or treatment plans per established protocols.Completes necessary documentation to comply with policies and maintain accurate records.Maintains equipment and work areas in a safe, clean condition for patient and staff safety.Participates in performance improvement activities to uphold care standards.Achieves assigned goals effectively. Qualifications & Skills Minimum 6 months experience in an acute care or comparable setting.Registered with ARRT(R) in Radiography; BLS certification within 30 days of hire.Basic computer literacy skills.State licensure as required; BLS certification within 14 days of hire.
