Technologist, Quality & Food Safety
for section headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We must not repeat job title. We must include only sections with real specific content. We must not include placeholder like "commensurate with experience". We need to extract content.
Job description includes:
- Intro paragraph: "The Technologist, Quality & Food Safety (Q&FS) is responsible for ensuring all relevant Q&FS standards are implemented and continuously improved to assure quality and food safety at the local site, protecting the consumer and our brands. Operating at the intersection of systematic compliance and factory floor execution, this role provides the hands-on technical expertise needed to identify, mitigate, and control biological, chemical, and physical hazards before they impact our products or consumers."
That's about the role.
- "What are we looking for?" then Minimum Requirements list.
- Then "Preferred Qualifications" list.
- Then "What will be your key responsibilities?" list of responsibilities.
- Then "What can you expect from Mars?" paragraph about culture, learning, salary and benefits, etc. Also note: "Mars does not sponsor visas for this role. This position is not eligible for relocation benefits." Those are not benefits but maybe note.
We need sections: About the role (intro), Responsibilities, Requirements (minimum), Qualifications (preferred), Skills? Could include technical skills like HACCP, RCA, SAP, Microsoft Office, etc. Could be part of Requirements or Qualifications. But we can create Skills section if we have explicit skill list. The posting mentions: "Strong ability to lead Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and write clear, audit-ready technical procedures. Strong technical courage to confidently halt production or hold inventory, alongside excellent communication skills to coach floor operators. Ability to stand and walk the manufacturing floor for prolonged periods of time, working safely around high-speed machinery in hot, dusty, or noisy plant environments." Those are more like requirements/abilities. Could be part of Requirements.
We have Benefits: "Best-in-class learning and development support from day one, including access to our in-house Mars University. An industry competitive salary and benefits package, including company bonus." That's benefits and pay. Pay: "industry competitive salary". Benefits: learning and development, bonus. So we can create Benefits section with those items. Pay section maybe not needed because we don't have specific salary number. The rule: never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless posting actually states them. It does state "industry competitive salary and benefits package, including company bonus." That's a benefits package mention, but not specific salary. However "industry competitive salary" is a statement about pay. Should we create Pay section? The rule says: never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them. It does state "industry competitive salary". That's a statement about pay, albeit vague. It's still stating something about pay. So we could include Pay section with that statement. However we also have Benefits section with learning and development, bonus. Could combine? The instruction: Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. So maybe combine Pay and Benefits into one Benefits section? But they said use headings for Benefits, Pay, Schedule separately if content exists. We have content for both Pay and Benefits. Could we make a Benefits section that includes both salary and bonus and learning? Might be okay but we need to follow headings: if we have both Pay and Benefits content, we could create both sections. However we risk thin sections. But we have substantive content for each: Pay: "industry competitive salary". Benefits: "Best-in-class learning and development support from day one, including access to our in-house Mars University. An industry competitive salary and benefits package, including company bonus." Actually salary appears in both; but we can phrase.
We also have Schedule: not mentioned. So no Schedule section.
We must not include boilerplate like EEO, visa, relocation etc. Those are not benefits but we should drop them.
We need to preserve all substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to keep details like specific responsibilities list items, minimum requirements list, preferred qualifications list.
We must not repeat job title as heading.
We must not put Job ID/requisition numbers as headings.
We need to output only HTML fragment.
Let's structure:
