Technologist - Nuclear Medicine

Job Summary Performs imaging procedures and treatments in accordance with radiology standards to support diagnosis and treatment of diseases. Performs additional duties as assigned. Responsibilities Utilizes thorough knowledge of radiologic principles, applying appropriate techniques and positioning for optimal procedures.Develops and implements suitable procedure or treatment plans following established protocols.Completes documentation to ensure compliance with policies.Maintains equipment and work areas in a clean, safe condition to ensure patient and staff safety.Participates in performance improvement activities to uphold patient care standards.Achieves assigned goals effectively. Qualifications Registered with NMTCB or ARRT(N), or a recent graduate awaiting registry; proof required within 60 days.Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within 30 days of hire.Basic computer skills preferred.Licenses as required by state, including ARRT(N) or NMTCB certification.
