Mandatory Technical & Professional Skills

• 15+ years in enterprise software delivery, with 5+ years strictly designing scalable microservices, API-first, and event-driven architectures.
• Proven track record of breaking down legacy monolithic applications into distributed, containerized systems.
• Deep expertise in AWS (preferred) or Azure, including container orchestration via Docker and Kubernetes (EKS/AKS).
• Hands-on architectural fluency in at least two of the following:
• C#/.NET Core
• Java
• Python
• Node.js
• High-throughput integration experience using Kafka or RabbitMQ, alongside SQL (PostgreSQL/SQL Server) and NoSQL (MongoDB/DocumentDB).
• Demonstrated success writing RFPs/SOWs, creating effort estimations, pricing models, and presenting technical business cases to C-suite executives.
• Practical experience designing and implementing AI/GenAI solutions to drive operational efficiency and cost reductions.
