About the role

As a Technical Staff Member at HCM Cement’s terminal in Moerdijk, you ensure the smooth operation of large silos, transport systems, and a mixing plant for cement production. Your work spans from ship to silo and from mixing plant to truck, involving the operation of installations, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance. One moment you might replace a part, and the next, you assist a driver loading for the first time. You’ll work in a small, experienced team with short lines of communication and significant autonomy, contributing to a safe, clean, and well-organized work environment while having the opportunity to suggest improvements and develop your skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor installations and processes at the terminal.
• Perform maintenance and repair tasks.
• Contribute to improvements and adjustments to terminal installations.
• Identify and resolve malfunctions independently or with colleagues.
• Actively contribute to a safe, tidy, and structured workplace.
