About the role

You will join a team of 25 technicians within the Technical Maintenance service, part of the Infrastructure department. As a technician, you will maintain, repair, and modify technical installations and equipment within your field, ensuring the proper functioning of systems such as air handling units, cooling machines, heating installations, nurse call systems, pneumatic tube systems, telecommunications, sterilization, and domotics.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, perform preventive checks, and repair installations within your field
• Install new systems as needed
• Inform stakeholders (e.g., doctors, nurses) and supervisors about ongoing work and the state of installations
• Manage tools and equipment, and propose purchases of new materials or spare parts to the team lead
• Monitor inventory of work materials and tools, reporting shortages for timely ordering

Requirements

• Completed technical education, preferably in HVAC, electronics, or electrical engineering
• Experience as a service technician, preferably with HVAC systems, automation, or electronic installations
• Proficient with PCs and building management systems (BMS)
• Willing to participate in on-call duty (1 week every 5 weeks) and able to arrive at the hospital within one hour
• Hold a valid B driver’s license
• Careful and responsible with equipment
• Ability to integrate smoothly into a patient-centered organization
• Work independently while collaborating effectively within a diverse team of specialists
• Adapt quickly to changing circumstances and adjust plans as needed
• Analyze problem situations calmly and proceed with solutions
• Strong stress resilience
