TECHNICIEN EN RESTAURATION II/ Restoration Technician II

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of experience in disaster restoration, construction, or a related field
• Excellent work ethic and willingness to learn new techniques and equipment
• Knowledge of drying and cleaning procedures according to IICRC S500 standards or willingness to train
• Experience with mobile equipment and work management software
• Positive team spirit and excellent communication skills
• Certified WRT, asbestos certification, or forklift license are assets
• Valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record
• Availability to participate in a shift schedule
• Ability to perform physical labor, lift heavy objects, and use required personal protective equipment

Responsibilities

Evaluate damage, install drying and dehumidification systems, conduct sanitation work, controlled demolition, and specialized cleaning according to IICRC standards. Prepare sites, operate specialized equipment, and ensure each intervention is carried out safely, effectively, and with the highest quality standards. Work closely with your team to resolve on-site challenges, support emergency interventions, and keep clients informed of work progress.
