About the role
We are seeking energetic, customer service oriented, career-minded individuals to join our lawn care team in Livonia, MI.
Responsibilities
- Service customer lawns in your assigned route.
- Apply fertilizer.
- Treat weeds.
- Perform other professional applications.
- Ensure exceptional customer service.
Requirements
- Valid Michigan driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to pass the state-approved herbicide spraying exam if not certified.
- Professional appearance.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Customer service experience.
- Advanced problem-solving skills and proven time management.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Ability to work in a results-oriented environment.
- Willingness to become certified to apply pesticides.
- Energetic and positive attitude.
- Ability to lift or carry up to 50 pounds for 8-10 hours per day.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions for 8-10 hours per day.
