Technician Trainee - Water

Responsibilities

• Play a vital role in one of three essential maintenance programs: Valve Exercise, Fire Hydrant Maintenance, or Blowoff Maintenance.
• Participate in a 3-month trainee program designed to set you up for success.
• Advance to Water Technician 1 once expectations are met.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic computer skills.
