Technician Trainee - Porsche North Miami
About the role
The Technician is responsible for maintaining service lot, working alongside service team and customer interactions. Thoroughly inspect vehicles to ensure all maintenance or reconditioning work strictly matches factory and dealership standards. Road test vehicles to confirm that malfunctions have been successfully resolved and no new issues are present. Catch missed mechanical flaws, safety hazards, or cosmetic defects (like paint, panel alignment, or detailing issues) before the car is released. Act as a bridge between service, detailing, and sales departments to keep workflows moving efficiently. Maintain accurate records of inspections, track recurring technical problems, and ensure adherence to environmental and safety regulations.

Requirements
- Technical Automotive degree and/or training desired, dealership experience
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience driving both manual and automatic vehicles
- Willingness to undergo our background requirements including drug and physical

Pay
We offer competitive wages that are commensurate with job-related skills, experience, relevant education or training, and geographic location, starting in the range of $20.00 - $25.40 USD per hour.
