Technician - Surveillance

Responsibilities

• Performs replacement of any failed video and surveillance equipment.
• Maintains inventory levels for the surveillance department and notifies personnel of low stock.
• Performs preventative maintenance on equipment.
• Troubleshoots and replaces equipment without assistance.
• Aids in the installation, setup, and checkout of new equipment and other technical equipment.
• Observes the facility via CCTV system when not performing maintenance duties.
• Ensures proper installation and operation of all video and recording equipment.
• Answers service calls and directs repairs to proper personnel.
• Observes video lottery regulations and company policies.
• Maintains the integrity of the operation and related equipment.
• Secures company assets and property.
• Manages assigned keys and radios from check-in to check-out.
• Completes regulatory and operational logs/forms accurately.
• Tags repairable parts with appropriate information.
• Provides exceptional customer service.
• Works safely, adhering to all safety rules and regulations.
• Communicates effectively with co-workers, supervisors, and guests.
• Fulfills assigned tasks, including patrols of the facility, monitoring fire alarms, and reviewing suspicious activity.
• Completes daily logs and reports of pertinent activity.

Qualifications

• Must be available to work weekends, holidays, and nights as scheduled.
• Must be able to distinguish all colors.

Pay

Starting Compensation: $18.50/hr
