Technician, Storage

Job Overview The Storage Technician is accountable, under minimal supervision, for the installation, monitoring, diagnosis, repair and preventive maintenance of the underground gas storage wellbore and associated wellhead equipment. This position works with local operations personnel to coordinate activities with Storage Services, ensures the safe, reliable, and efficient daily operations of the storage field, and is responsible for storage field/well monitoring and maintenance, including monitoring the activity of outside operators near company storage facilities. This position will assist, with a qualified Technician, as well site manager during all well testing, workovers and any other well work. This position is expected to rely on established guidelines and direction from other experienced storage technicians and storage operators. Work experience, third-party training, and Company provided training will familiarize this position with the processes, guidelines, regulations, and policies of the Company, department, industry, and regulatory agencies.
