About the role
Evaluate findings and pictures/videos from component repair station testing, repair, and overhaul to package results.
Responsibilities
- Challenging repair station findings
- Administering Terms & Conditions of exchange with our customer
- Addressing suspect/rogue components
- Interpreting various technical "jargon" into layman's terms
- Advise internal and external clients on complex and technical problems
- Prepare and present issues, findings, and solutions to management
- Drive daily continuous improvement activities, including performing root cause analysis, understanding and implementing corrective action plans to KPIs of increased complexity
- Lead projects with a broad scope in own discipline mid to long-term in focus
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in Aerospace Technology, technical college degree, or similar discipline
- 5+ years in Business Aviation Technical role
- You strive for a challenging and stimulating work environment
- Strong inter-personal, communication, and negotiation skills
- Ability to maintain strong relationship with suppliers and drive improvements
- Good multi-tasking and prioritizing skills
- Ability to read and comprehend technical documents, drawings, contracts, etc.
- Good knowledge of computer tools such as SAP and Office suite
- Ability to obtain a passport
- Speak and write English
