We need to output HTML fragment with sections for headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Use

for each heading only if content exists. Must not repeat job title. Must not include Job ID etc. Must preserve all substantive info, remove boilerplate (EEO etc). Must not create sections with placeholder text like "commensurate with experience". Must not invent or summarize away detail. Must include only sections with real specific content. We need to parse the posting. Content: - Intro: "Come be an Employee-Owner of one of the nation’s largest producers of metal roofing and siding! We sell, manufacture, build, and distribute metal building components and packages. Since 1988 we’ve grown to over 13 locations nationwide. We make raving fans of our customers with our “right, on time, every time” commitment. So, who are we looking for? People who “Own It” – Commitment to the customer, the company, and each other: You are customer-focused with an eye for detail. You are reliable. People Who “Can Do” – Our Attitude You are an innovative thinker pursuing continuous improvement. You embrace teamwork. You want to positively make an impact and open to change. People who “Act in Love” – Treats others with humility, respect, kindness, honesty, patience, and self-control. You enjoy giving back to your community. We take great pride in the communities we live in, so we give back with our time and talents. Each year you can take paid time off to support a cause close to your heart." That's about company culture, values, maybe "About the role"? Actually "About the role" could be summary of role. The posting includes "And what will you do? Summary The “Technician” supports manufacturing, production, material handling, and quality-related activities across multiple production areas." That's a summary. Thus we can have:

About the role

with paragraph summarizing. Then responsibilities: list of core functions. Then requirements: maybe "Preferred Education & Experience:" and "Physical Demands & Work Environment" and "Key Physical Requirements". Also "Travel This position does not require travel." Could be in Requirements or separate. Qualifications: maybe "Preferred Education & Experience:" is qualifications. Skills: maybe "Key Measures Of Success" includes skills. Benefits: "Benefits Offered At Central States, we are an ESOP..." plus list. Pay: Not mentioned. So we should NOT create Pay section. Schedule: Not mentioned. So no Schedule. We must not create sections with placeholder text. Thus sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits. We need to decide what goes where. We must preserve all substantive info. Let's extract. Company description: "Come be an Employee-Owner of one of the nation’s largest producers of metal roofing and siding! We sell, manufacture, build, and distribute metal building components and packages. Since 1988 we’ve grown to over 13 locations nationwide. We make raving fans of our customers with our “right, on time, every time” commitment." Values: People who “Own It” – Commitment to the customer, the company, and each other: You are customer-focused with an eye for detail. You are reliable. We take great pride in the communities we live in, so we give back with our time and talents. Each year you can take paid time off to support a cause close to your heart. That could go under About the role or maybe a separate "Company Overview". But we only have allowed headings; we can put this in About the role. Then summary: "And what will you do? Summary The “Technician” supports manufacturing, production, material handling, and quality-related activities across multiple production areas. This role adheres to standard work practices and safety procedures to ensure efficient operations and high-quality output. “Technician” employees deliver “Right. On Time. Every Time.” products and service to both internal and external customers in alignment with company standards." That could be part of About the role as well. Responsibilities: list of Core Functions bullet points. Let's extract Core Functions bullet list: - Follow all plant safety procedures and wear required protective equipment (PPE); help maintain safety, environmental, and quality standards. - Support setup and operation of assigned workstations, including loading, catching, trimming, wrapping, banding, assembly, and roll-forming tasks. - Perform material handling duties such as loading raw materials, catching finished goods, stacking products, and moving materials using manual methods or mechanical aids. - Assist “Operators” by monitoring machine output, reporting issues promptly, and helping with basic troubleshooting when needed. - Complete production tasks using hand tools, power tools, and other fabrication-related equipment. - Maintain a clean and organized work area, including completing end-of-shift housekeeping duties. - Train new hires on equipment, procedures, safety, and quality standards. - Ensures that Quality Control is being performed at each work center based on the QC standard, RMA corrective actions, and internal/external customer feedback. - Cross-train and perform duties in multiple production areas as business needs require. - Performs other duties and activities related to the department as necessary to support overall operations and responsibilities, even if not specifically listed above. We'll put these in
  • . Requirements: maybe "Preferred Education & Experience:" plus "Physical Demands & Work Environment" and "Key Physical Requirements". Also "Travel This position does not require travel." Could be part of Requirements. Qualifications: maybe same as Preferred Education & Experience? But we need differentiate. Could treat "Preferred Education & Experience:" as Qualifications. And "Physical Demands & Work Environment" as Requirements (physical). Or we could combine. But we must not create thin sections; we can combine similar info. Let's decide: - About the role: company description, values, summary. - Responsibilities: Core Functions list. - Requirements: Physical Demands & Work Environment, Key Physical Requirements, Travel statement. - Qualifications: Preferred Education & Experience list. - Skills: Key Measures Of Success list (these are success metrics, but could be considered skills/competencies). We'll put them as Skills. - Benefits: Benefits Offered section. Now ensure we don't include boilerplate: EEO statement, etc. Must remove that. Also remove duplicated lines: there may be repeated values like "Own It – Commitment to customer, company, and each other." appears later again in Key Measures Of Success section. We need to preserve all substantive info but not duplicate? The instruction: "Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail." It doesn't say to deduplicate, but we should not repeat same content unnecessarily? It says remove duplicated lines. So we should avoid repeating same sentences. The values appear twice: once in intro and again in Key Measures Of Success. We should include them only once. We'll include them in About the role maybe, and not repeat in Skills. Similarly, "Own It – Commitment to customer, company, and each other." etc appears again; we can skip duplicate. Now craft HTML. We'll output:
