Responsibilities

• Assist Field Technicians in the installation and repair of environmental control systems
• Perform scheduled and unscheduled preventative maintenance, inspections, site surveys, and service requests
• Start up, commission, and service on assigned projects
• Represent the company by serving as the direct customer contact and ensuring customer satisfaction
• Collaborate with colleagues in your office when not directly interacting with customers

Requirements

• A High School Diploma or equivalent, or certificate of completion from an accredited technical school
• 2+ years of experience in HVAC, with technical school or formal training preferred
• Operating knowledge of Microsoft Office software and working proficiency with hand-held computers
• Valid driver’s license for at least 12 months, with no major or frequent traffic violations within the past 3 years

Qualifications

• Ability to safely and legally operate a vehicle using a seat belt
• Ability to wear necessary personal protective equipment (PPE)
• Physical ability to perform tasks requiring lifting, bending, reaching, and standing for extended periods
• Ability to work in various weather conditions, on rooftops, and in confined spaces

Skills

• Knowledge of refrigeration theory, control systems, pipe fitting, and structural layouts
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and hand-held computers
• Effective communication skills via phone, computer, and face-to-face interactions
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay

Base Pay Range: $20-$25/hour. Annual Base Salary Range Or Hourly Base Pay Range: $23.80 - $43.85. Compensation Type: Hourly. Incentive Eligible: No. Sales Commisison Eligible: No.

Schedule

This position is available On-Site (5 days).
