Responsibilities

• Aid in the completion of Root Cause investigations for quality related issues
• Aid in the development and implementation of corrective actions for quality related issues
• Aid in data collection for Pareto Charts and other quality information
• Assist with AIB audit preparations and customer audit requirements
• Aid in developing and maintaining a Gateway Packaging Quality Lab
• Test raw material as required by individual processes or customer requirements
• Collect and prepare samples for testing
• Maintain and update a quality samples library
• Monitor and document rework/reclaim processes
• Audit production lines to ensure adherence to quality requirements
• Participate in internal audit procedures and documentation
