Technician - Quality Control

Full‑time position located in Greenville, Mississippi, US.

Responsibilities

• Collect, inspect, and grade samples according to physical appearance.
• Document and maintain records of test results.
• Ensure equipment, structures, etc. are maintained in good sanitary conditions.

Requirements

• Basic math skills and ability to take measurements.
• Hand/eye coordination and ability to maintain balance.
• Basic working knowledge of a calculator.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds throughout the day.
• Ability to climb stairs and ladder (3 ft) throughout the day.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time.
• Willing to wear required PPE.
• Willing to follow safety and food safety rules.
• Ability to perform other duties as requested by supervisor.

Schedule

Schedule rotates weekly: Week 1 – Day Shift (7 AM–3 PM); Week 2 – Evening Shift (3 PM–11 PM); Week 3 – Night Shift (11 PM–7 AM); then repeat, with overtime as needed.
