Technician - Quality Control

Schedule

Schedule: Monday - The schedule rotates weekly in the following order: Week 1: Day Shift (7?AM–3?PM) → Week 2: Evening Shift (3?PM–11?PM) → Week 3: Night Shift (11?PM–7?AM), then repeat, and overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for collecting, inspecting, and grading samples according to physical appearance.
• Also responsible for documenting and maintaining records of results of test.
• Ensuring the equipment, structures, etc. are maintained in good sanitary conditions.

Requirements

• Must possess basic math skills and take measurements.
• Must possess hand/eye coordination and maintain balance.
• Must possess basic working knowledge of calculator.
• Must be willing and able to lift up to 30 pounds, throughout the day.
• Must be willing and able to climb stairs and ladder (3 ft) throughout the day.
• Must be willing and able to stand and walk for extended periods of time.
• Must be willing and able to wear the required PPE (Personal Protective Equipment).
• Must be willing and able to follow safety and food safety rules.
• Other duties as requested by supervisor.
