Technician Production Operations
About the role
The Senior Technician Production Operations for Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is responsible for executing work regarding buffer and reagent preparation using good laboratory practices. This position reports to the Supervisor of Reagent Operations and is part of the Reagent Operations department located in Chaska, MN.
Responsibilities
- Independently execute work regarding buffer and reagent preparation using good laboratory practices
- Maintain appropriate training records for your role
- Sustain a smooth flow of material
- Execute work orders to on-time completion
- Assure compliance with FDA Quality System Regulations (QSR), Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and ISO regulatory requirements
- Apply basic analytical skills or scientific methods to perform daily tasks
Requirements
- Must have an AA degree with 2+ years of experience, or a bachelor degree
- Chemistry experience within a wet lab setting
- Demonstrating good laboratory practices
- Previous experience in a regulated industry preferred (e.g. FDA, ISO)
- Testing utilizing Access II, DxI800, and DxI9000 Instruments
Qualifications

Pay
The hourly range for this role is $25-30/hr. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future.
