Technician - Plate Mounting

Responsibilities
- Correctly laying out the job, mounting the plates, and making sure the eye mark is in the proper location.
- Anticipate press changeover timing and identify mounting priorities of jobs on the schedule.
- Clean, organize, and maintain plate cylinders, cylinder inventory, printing sleeves, and sleeve inventory.
- Clean plates, demount plates, check plate condition, and refill plate jackets when the job is done.
- Strip jobs within a reasonable amount of time and remount plates, move plates in the press, and change eye mark locations as necessary.
Requirements
- Previous manufacturing, production, or warehouse experience.

Pay
Pay range: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour with wage progression
Schedule
12 hour Shift | 7pm – 7am | Sun-Sat 2-2-3 Rotation
Qualifications
- Must be able to read the schedule and anticipate press changeover timing.
