About the role
The role is responsible for managing the company’s social media presence and engaging with customers through various platforms.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.
- Create and manage company profiles across multiple social media channels.
- Analyze social media metrics to measure performance and make data-driven decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding.
- Respond to customer inquiries and feedback on social media platforms.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in social media management or customer service.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and analytics tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in social media management tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, and Sprout Social.
- Experience with SEO and content creation for social media.
- Knowledge of Google Analytics and other web analytics tools.
- Basic understanding of graphic design and video editing software.
