We need to produce HTML fragment with sections: About the role? Actually we have a description: Nutrien is a leading provider... This is about the company. Could be "About the role" or "About Nutrien"? The instructions: use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). We should include sections only when posting has real specific content. We have content: company overview (first paragraph). Could be "About the role" or maybe "About Nutrien". The example headings include "About the role". We'll use that. Then "What You Will Do:" is responsibilities. Use

Responsibilities

with
  • items. Then "What You Will Bring:" includes qualifications, requirements, skills. Could split into Requirements and Skills? But we can combine into Requirements or Qualifications. The instruction: prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. So we could have one section "Requirements" covering qualifications and skills. Or we could have "Qualifications" and "Skills". But we need to avoid thin sections. Probably combine into "Requirements". However we have also "Compensation & Benefits" repeated twice with details. We need Pay and Benefits sections if posting actually states them. It does state pay rates and benefits. So we should have

    Pay

    and

    Benefits

. Also maybe Schedule? Not mentioned. So omit. We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID. Remove boilerplate: EEO, equal opportunity, scam warning, application instructions, etc. Also remove duplicated lines. We need to preserve all substantive information. We need to include the sign-on bonus? The posting says "1,000.00 Sign on Bonus*". That's substantive. Should be included maybe under Pay or Benefits? It's a sign-on bonus. Could be part of Pay section. We'll include in Pay. We need to preserve details: Starting rate $31.48 - $36.55 per hour (plus available overtime). Also later another compensation block: Starting rate $27.48 per hour (plus available overtime). Salary range $27.48 - $43.14. There's some inconsistency; we need to preserve all substantive information, not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to include both statements? They appear duplicated maybe due to copy-paste. We should keep both but maybe they are redundant. The instruction: remove duplicated lines. So we should deduplicate identical lines. However these are not identical; they differ. Both are substantive. We'll keep both but maybe combine? The instruction: do not invent or summarize away detail. So we should keep both statements as they appear, but we could present them as separate paragraphs under Pay. That preserves detail. Benefits: comprehensive medical, dental, vision coverage, life insurance, disability coverage for positions >30 hrs/week, retirement program with matching, paid vacation, sick days, holidays, paid personal and maternity/parental leaves, Employee and Family Assistance Program. Also mention annual incentive plan eligibility. We need to avoid boilerplate like "Details of the benefits package will be shared in the application process." That's somewhat generic but still substantive? It's about process; maybe we can keep? It's not boilerplate like EEO. It's a statement about details being shared later. Could keep but it's not essential. Might be considered filler? It's not a placeholder like "not specified". It's a statement. I'd keep it. Also we have location info: Eastern North Carolina is continually ranked among the best places to live and work... That's substantive about location. Could be part of "About the role" or maybe a separate section "Location". Not in allowed headings but we could put under About the role. We'll include in About the role paragraph. We need to remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. So remove lines like "Nutrien is an equal opportunity employer..." etc. Also remove "Ready to make an impact with us? Apply today!" etc. Also remove "The estimated salary that Indeed, Glassdoor and LinkedIn lists does not represent Nutrien's compensation structure." That's maybe not boilerplate but it's about external sites; could be considered not substantive? It's a disclaimer. Might be considered boilerplate? I'd remove it as it's not about the job. Also remove "This job will remain posted until filled." etc. Also remove "In accordance with Nutrien policies, you will be required to undergo a background check, and may be required to undergo a substance test." That's maybe part of hiring process; could be considered boilerplate? It's a condition. Might be considered substantive? It's a pre-employment condition. Might be kept? The instruction says remove application instructions. Background check is not exactly application instruction but could be considered part of hiring process. I'd keep it? But it's more like a condition. The instruction: remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. Background check is not exactly those categories. Might be okay to keep. However it's somewhat generic. I'd keep it maybe under a short paragraph. Also remove "Our Recruitment Process: Application > Resume Review > Pre-screen/Interview > Offer > Pre-Employment Conditions > Welcome to Nutrien" and social media follow instructions. Those are application instructions. Remove. Now craft HTML. Structure:

We might also include a short paragraph about background check etc. But that's maybe application instruction? It's a pre-employment condition. Could keep as a short paragraph under Requirements? But it's not a requirement per se. Might be considered boilerplate? I'd keep it as a short paragraph after Requirements maybe under a heading "Pre-employment Conditions"? Not in allowed headings. Better to omit as it's akin to application instruction. The instruction says remove application instructions. Background check is part of hiring process; could be considered instruction. Safer to omit. Thus final HTML fragment. Check for any duplicated lines: we have two pay paragraphs with similar content but not identical; we keep both. Check for any placeholder like "commensurate with experience", "not specified", "N
