Technician, Maintenance

About the role

We’re looking for a Maintenance Technician to join our Richmond, IN team. This role involves performing preventive and corrective maintenance, supporting facility repairs, assisting with production welding, and keeping our operations running smoothly. Key responsibilities include ensuring our equipment and facilities meet the highest standards of safety, reliability, and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance on mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
• Troubleshoot, repair, and install facility equipment.
• Support facility projects such as painting, carpentry, and fixture installation.
• Perform welding tasks and assist in meeting production schedules.
• Maintain clean, safe, and compliant work areas.
• Collaborate with contractors, production teams, and leadership to minimize downtime.

Requirements

• A high school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• 1–2 years of maintenance experience (preferred).
• Basic mechanical/electrical knowledge.
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs safely.
• Forklift experience a plus.
