The Technician role performs preventive maintenance, advanced diagnostics, and complex repairs on equipment to avoid downtime, working with aerial work platforms, general construction tools, and specialty lines such as large‑scale power generators, pumps, HVAC, and oil/gas equipment. Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on equipment
• Conduct advanced diagnostics
• Make complex repairs to avoid downtime
• Work on aerial work platforms, general construction tools, and specialty equipment (large‑scale generators, pumps, HVAC, oil/gas)
• Be flexible with changing priorities in a fast‑paced environment

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required
• Some trade school or equivalent training desired
• 5+ years of Technician experience with similar diesel equipment and/or heavy equipment or specialty lines equipment (large‑scale generators, pumps, HVAC or oil & gas)

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

• May need to provide own tools of the trade
• Advanced knowledge of hydraulic systems and troubleshooting
• Advanced knowledge of electrical systems and troubleshooting
• Ability to be flexible with changing priorities in a fast‑paced environment

Physical Demands

• Bending, squatting, crouching, reaching
• Lifting 50 pounds or more
• Working indoors/outdoors as required

Pay

Base Pay Range: $24.05 – $33.06 per hour. Starting rate may vary based on position, location, education, training, and/or experience.
