Technician - Level 1

Role Overview

A Technician performs preventive maintenance and repairs on a variety of equipment, including aerial work platforms, construction tools, large-scale generators, pumps, HVAC, and oil/gas equipment, ensuring safety and minimal downtime.

Responsibilities

• Conduct diagnostics
• Troubleshoot electrical and hydraulic systems
• Perform repairs
• Maintain equipment in a safe, effective manner
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment is essential

Qualifications & Skills

• High school diploma or GED required; trade school or equivalent training preferred
• 1-3 years of experience with diesel or heavy equipment is preferred
• Knowledge of hydraulic and electrical systems
• Troubleshooting skills
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds
• Bilingual skills may be required based on location
