Essential Functions

• Plans, coordinates, and implements processes in a specific area or function.
• Celebrates, evaluates, and improves methods while emphasizing the implementation of safety, quality, efficiency, process, costing, and equipment improvements.
• Aids in troubleshooting of area specific technology, equipment and processes.
• Generates and summarizes data to support all findings and countermeasure proposals.
• Analyzes indicated and calculated results in relation to specifications and improvement objectives, and modifies or adjusts as needed.
• Confers with appropriate departments to ensure efficient and effective review and implementation for completed job tasks.
• Confers with vendors to determine product specifications and arrange for purchase of equipment, materials, or parts, and evaluates products according to specifications and quality standards.
• Uses technical knowledge and excellent verbal and written communication skills to provide direction as needed.

• Must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
• Possess ability to perform duties utilizing current company software applications.
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, verbal and written communication skills required.

• Education: High School diploma or equivalent. Technical certification or Associates Degree preferred.
• Experience: Less than 3 years prior related experience preferred.
• Job level determined by various factors such as organization size, responsibility, career stage, and capabilities.
• Supervisory Responsibilities: Supervisory responsibilities may be possible to perform the job duties as designated by area management.

Physical Demands

• Required to sit or stand for long periods of time.
• The employee may occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to work 40 – 60 hours per week, including weekends and holiday work.
• Overhead work and working at heights when necessary.

Travel

• Minimal domestic travel may be required as needed.

Work Environment

• Working in an office environment with exposure to manufacturing areas.
