About the Role
Environmental Monitoring Quality Control Technician responsible for performing, maintaining, and training on analytical techniques and methods for Environmental Monitoring Quality Control testing.
Responsibilities
- Microbial sampling in production areas
- Microbial enumeration
- Microbial Identification
- Water Sampling and Monitoring
- Documentation and LIMS (Laboratory Information Management System)
Requirements
- Laboratory experience
- Exposure to aseptic technique
- Ability to work individually and in a group setting
- Ability to schedule self
- Effective communication to share data
- Commitment to compliance and data integrity
Qualifications
Associate’s degree from an accredited institution with two to three (2-3) years of experience, or Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution with one to two (1-2) years of related laboratory experience preferred.
Pay
$26.66/hr. to $28.57/hr. on W2.
Schedule
5-month contract with the possibility of conversion to a full-time role.
