Technician Household Hazardous Waste

Provides labor services in support of Household Hazardous Waste (HHW) collection events.

Responsibilities

• Assists in HHW collections.
• Unloads household hazardous waste from delivering vehicles.
• Sorts household hazardous waste by type.
• Performs general housekeeping.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Employee must have good interpersonal skills; be patient and tactful; display an enthusiastic, cooperative, and friendly attitude at all times with managers/supervisors, co-workers, visitors, customers, and clients.
