We are actively seeking a Graphic Technician to join our growing team at our Westfield, MA facility. Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with marketing, sales, customers, printing, and other personnel to create, design, and produce artwork that meets or exceeds customer specifications.
  • Test prototypes based on specifications.
  • Ensure accurate, on-time completion of high-quality design work using standard software, tools, and processes.
  • Meet and report on the status of goals and metrics.
  • Make recommendations for improvements and tools.
  • Perform all other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree.
  • 4+ years of experience with a proficient understanding in pre-press and print production techniques, including color separations, color conversion/correction, profiling, trapping/bleeding of imagery, and color rotation.
  • Experience using graphic design tools and software.
  • Experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Visio, Outlook email, and calendar.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality and protect the privacy of sensitive information.
  • Exceptional time management and organization skills; ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously while establishing priorities to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to communicate effectively (verbal, written, and presentations) with executive leadership, staff, and internal and external clients.
  • Proactive; exercises sound judgment and decision-making; able to identify problems and needs and develop solutions and/or options.
  • Self-confident, self-motivated, polished professional who thrives in a challenging, fast-paced environment.
