Engineering$27–$45/hrFull-time
We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? The posting includes description about company, mission, benefits, responsibilities, qualifications, physical requirements, etc. We need headings:

for section headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and

for prose. Do NOT repeat the job title as a heading. Do NOT put Job ID/requisition numbers as headings — none present. Remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. The posting includes EEO statement at end: "At Ziegler Inc. we’re committed to equal opportunity..." That's boilerplate, remove. Also "This job description is intended to describe the general nature..." maybe keep? It's not boilerplate but generic; might be considered boilerplate? It's part of job description but not specific. Might keep? The instruction: Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. The EEO statement is equal-opportunity boilerplate, remove. The "This job description is intended..." maybe not required to remove but could be considered generic; but we can keep as prose. We need to include sections only when posting has real, specific content. Pay: they gave pay range $27.00 to $45.00, starting wage dependent on skills, etc. Also note pay range may vary by 10% depending upon location. That's specific, so include Pay section. Schedule: they said full-time, but no specific schedule details (like shift). Not given, so do NOT create Schedule section. Benefits: they list many benefits: Health, Dental, Vision and Life Insurance, 15 days PTO first year, accrual starts day 1, 9 paid holidays, 401(k) plan with company contribution and match, HSA (Health Savings Account), Ziegler contributes up to $1000 tax-free each year, Short-Term and Long-Term Disability Insurance, FSA & EAP, Paid Parental Leave & Funeral Leave, Fitness membership discount, Education Assistance, Safety Boot Reimbursement, PPE & Uniforms provided, Tool Insurance, Safe, clean and friendly work environment. That's specific, include Benefits. Responsibilities: list of duties. Provide as

    • . Qualifications: list. Provide as
      • . Skills? Could be part of Qualifications; but we could have Skills section if there is specific skill list separate. The posting includes "Personal attributes: attention to detail, efficiency, problem solving, planning and organization, team player Written and verbal communication skills Basic computer skills Own mechanic tool set Ability to maintain safe and clean work environment". That's skills/attributes. Could put under Skills section. But we already have Qualifications covering education/experience. Might split: Qualifications for education/experience, Skills for personal attributes/computer skills/tool set. However instruction: Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. Could combine Qualifications and Skills into one section called Qualifications (or Requirements). But they said use headings like Requirements, Qualifications, Skills. We need to decide. Since we have both education/experience and personal attributes, we could have a Qualifications section covering education/experience, and a Skills section covering personal attributes/computer skills/tool set. That seems reasonable. About the role: The initial paragraph about company and mission could be About the role or maybe a summary. We'll create About the role section with prose describing the role and company. We must not repeat job title as heading. So no heading for "Technician". Good. We need to output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown. Let's craft:

        • Safety Boot Reimbursement, PPE & Uniforms provided
        • Tool Insurance
        • Safe, clean and friendly work environment
        Pay:

        Pay

The pay range for this position is $27.00 to $45.00. Starting wage is dependent on skills, experience, education and location. Pay range may vary by 10% depending upon the applicant’s location.

We should not include Schedule section. Check for duplicated lines: we removed duplicates like "Provides assistance to all other levels of technicians as needed in regard to troubleshooting repairs" appears twice in responsibilities; we kept one. Check for boilerplate: removed EEO statement. Also removed "This job description is intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed; it is not intended to be construed as an exhaustive list of all responsibilities, duties and skills required for the position." That's generic but maybe not boilerplate; but could be considered boilerplate. The instruction says remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. That line is not exactly those categories, but it's a generic disclaimer. Might be okay to keep, but we omitted it. It's not required to keep; we can keep if we want. However we already have a lot of content; removing it is fine. Check for any other boilerplate: "Ziegler Inc. will reasonably accommodate the known disabilities of qualified disabled individuals." That's also EEO/legal; remove. We removed that. Now ensure we didn't miss any substantive info: The company description, mission, benefits, pay, responsibilities, qualifications, skills, physical requirements? Wait we omitted Minimum Physical Requirements and Working Conditions. Those are substantive. Should we include them? The instruction: include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it — never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text. Physical requirements are specific. We could include a section for Physical Requirements or Working Conditions. However the allowed headings list includes About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. No explicit "Physical Requirements" heading. Could we put them under Requirements? Possibly. The heading "Requirements" is allowed. We could use

        Requirements

to include physical requirements and maybe working conditions. But we already used Qualifications for education/experience and Skills for attributes. We could shift: Use Requirements for physical requirements and working conditions, and keep Qualifications for education/experience, Skills for personal attributes. That seems appropriate. Thus we need to adjust: We have Qualifications (education/experience), Skills (personal attributes), Requirements (physical requirements and working conditions). Let's do that. We need to ensure we don't duplicate content. Let's extract physical requirements: Minimum Physical Requirements Push/pull up to 50 lbsLift/carry up to 60 lbsLift bulky objectsStanding, walking, using hands, talking, hearing, neck rotation, trunk rotation, stair climbing, ladder climbing, repetitive bending, kneeling, sustained squat, forward reaching, overhead reaching, supine overhead reaching, crawling, bin lift, high steps, fingering/grasping – able to use bolt box.Working Conditions may be indoor and/or outdoor. Noise level may be loud at times. We need to format as list maybe. We'll create:

        Requirements

        • Push/pull up to 50 lbs
        • Lift/carry up to 60 lbs
        • Lift bulky objects
        • Standing, walking, using hands, talking, hearing, neck rotation, trunk rotation, stair climbing, ladder climbing, repetitive bending, kneeling, sustained squat, forward reaching, overhead reaching, supine overhead reaching, crawling, bin lift, high steps, fingering/grasping – able to use bolt box
        • Working conditions may be indoor and/or outdoor; noise level may be loud at times
Now we need to adjust Qualifications and Skills accordingly. Qualifications (education/experience) as before. Skills (personal attributes, computer skills, tool set) as before. Now we need to ensure we didn't lose any other substantive info: The line "Own mechanic tool set" is in Skills. Good. The line "Ability to maintain safe and clean work environment" is in Skills (maybe also in Responsibilities but we have it). The line "Written and verbal communication skills" and "Basic computer skills" in Skills. Now check responsibilities: we have many items; we might have missed "Cleans and organizes equipment" (we have "Clean and organize equipment"). "
