Technician, Facility Services, Power Washing Exterior Services

Position Summary

As a year-round Technician in Facility Services, Power Washing Exterior Services at Walmart, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of our retail locations. This position requires a hands-on approach, operating and maintaining pressure washing equipment to clean various surfaces.

Job Duties

• Operate and maintain corporate vehicles, pressure washers, pumps, hoses, nozzles, and other equipment
• Evaluate areas to be cleaned and determine suitable pressure levels and temperature settings
• Remove dirt, debris, trash, and other contaminants from surfaces while following safety procedures
• Respond to work order requests and maintain accurate records, logs, and documentation
• Conduct safety and preventative maintenance checks on equipment
• Perform other facility-related maintenance duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in the power washing/exterior maintenance industry
• Valid, state-issued driver's license
• Ability to work alternative shifts, including overnight and weekends
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications

• Power washing/exterior maintenance industry
• Proficient in speaking and understanding Spanish
• State/local licensing where required (for example, Florida, Texas, California)

Pay and Schedule

The hourly wage range for this position is $19.00 - $35.00. Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
