Technician- Entry Level
- . Also maybe some responsibilities also include other details like schedule etc.
We need to extract "Qualifications" section: Must be 18 years of age, High School diploma or equivalent, College lab class experience is preferred, Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship.
Also "Additional Information" includes schedule: Working schedule will be Full-Time, First Shift, M-F 8am-4:30pm. Candidates currently living within a commutable distance of Columbia, MO are encouraged to apply. No relocation assistance will be given. 25% travel may be required. This position is NOT remote.
Also "What we Offer:" benefits: Excellent full time benefits including comprehensive medical coverage, dental, and vision options, Life and disability insurance, 401(k) with company match, Paid vacation and holidays.
Also EEO line: Eurofins USA BioPharma Services is a Disabled and Veteran Equal Employment Opportunity employer. That's boilerplate EEO, should be removed.
Also earlier: "Regular and reliable attendance is a requirement of this position." That could be part of Qualifications or Requirements.
Also "Knowledge of basic office equipment..." etc. That's skills.
Let's categorize:
- About the role: company description (first paragraph) plus maybe the sentence about Eurofins BPT-Columbia looking for a Technician? Actually that's part of job description. But we can include company overview under About the role.
- Responsibilities: list of duties from "Generates data..." to "Performs other related duties as required and directed."
- Requirements: maybe "Regular and reliable attendance is a requirement of this position." plus maybe "Must be 18 years of age" etc? But those are qualifications. Usually Requirements = mandatory qualifications. We'll treat "Must be 18 years of age", "High School diploma or equivalent", "Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship." as Requirements. Also "College lab class experience is preferred" could be Qualifications (preferred). We'll separate.
- Qualifications: maybe "College lab class experience is preferred". Also "Regular and reliable attendance is a requirement" maybe goes under Requirements. We'll decide.
- Skills: knowledge of basic office equipment, solid organizational skills, excellent customer service skills, ability to do math, ability to define problems etc., ability to apply common sense, working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and Excel required, knowledge of Word and PowerPoint highly desirable.
- Benefits: list from "What we Offer:" (medical, dental, vision, life/disability insurance, 401(k) match, paid vacation and holidays).
- Pay: not mentioned. So we should NOT include Pay section.
- Schedule: we have schedule details: Full-Time, First Shift, M-F 8am-4:30pm, 25% travel may be required, not remote, relocation not given. That's schedule info. So include Schedule section.
Also maybe "Candidates currently living within a commutable distance of Columbia, MO are encouraged to apply." could be part of Schedule or Additional Info but we can include in Schedule.
We must not include boilerplate like EEO, navigation, legal, etc.
We must not repeat job title.
We must not include placeholders like "commensurate with experience". Not present.
We must preserve all substantive info.
Now produce HTML fragment with headings
for each section, and
- for lists,
for prose. We need to decide which info goes into which section. Let's outline:

We should not include Pay section. Check for any leftover substantive info not captured: The line "Eurofins USA BioPharma Services is a Disabled and Veteran Equal Employment Opportunity employer." is EEO boilerplate, remove. Also "Job Description **No degree or lab experience needed for this position!**" we captured that implicitly in responsibilities? Actually we didn't include that sentence explicitly. It's a statement about no degree or lab experience needed. That's substantive; we should preserve it. Where to put? Could be under Requirements or Qualifications as a note. Since it's about qualifications: "No degree or lab experience needed for this position!" That's a qualification statement. We could add to Qualifications or Requirements as a list item. Since it's about not needing degree/lab experience, it's a qualification (or requirement). We'll add to Qualifications maybe as a separate bullet: "No degree or lab experience needed for this position". Let's add. Also we have "Eurofins BPT-Columbia is looking for a Technician to join our Release and Stability team located in Columbia, Missouri. The Technician position is an entry-level position involved in day-to-day activities in a laboratory setting under prescribed procedures (protocols, standard operating procedures, methods, etc.)" That's part of job description; we could include in About the role or Responsibilities intro. Since we already have About the role as company overview, we could add a paragraph after that about the specific team and entry-level nature. Let's add to About the role after company description: aEurofins BPT-Columbia is looking for a Technician to join our Release and Stability team located in Columbia, Missouri. The Technician position is an entry-level position involved in day-to-day activities in a laboratory setting under prescribed procedures (protocols, standard operating procedures, methods, etc.).
Make sure not to duplicate. Now check if any other info: "Depending on area of assignment, is likely
